How does the ionic footbath work?

module is placed in a tub of clean water and a good grade sea salt. When the
system is turned on you will immediately notice a bubbling action due to a

This breaking up of water molecules causes an electron to be displaced from its
host which in turn makes it seek out another oxygen molecule. When it does, a
